Tesla's Service has degraded?

    I have noticed over last several months degradation in Support and Service for my model S70.

    I call Service number, wait is 50 minutes or longer
    I schedule a service (in house Tesla) but soon they call to cancel it and ask me to contact their outside service contractor
    Service contractor does not understand SENSOR issue and gives me 'tentative quote' and tell me to leave car for four days, no loaner
    This is right here in California

    Please give us some more details on which location. i am in north cali near sacramento. the Rocklin location has not seen and degradation in service, at least to me. still give me the loaner and everything. i will say they have gotten faster in turning around maintenance issues.
