Hi Gene : I am interested. What are you asking for them? And, I will need to confirm with Tesla that I can cancel the pending order without penalty. Since there has been no motion, it should be no problem. We should take this off line. Can you suggest a secure method?

We experienced this last Sunday too! A customer was bringing our Model S 75D back and on the way back the tire went completely flat. Called Tesla Roadside Assistance Sunday around 5:00 and they came you our location in just under 30 minutes! They changed the tire within a couple minutes and gave us a loaner. We have an appointment today to change the tire again.

All in all, Tesla's service is incredible.

I took my (TPMS low pressure) tire to Discount Tire - my local go-to folks. They found a nail as culprit, but also found the tire full of sound dampening material and decided they could not fix it, and that I must buy a new tire (only 1500 miles on the wounded one). I had them pressure up the tire enough to drive 1/2 mile home.
I called Tesla Service...they arrived with a loaner and took my wounded one to...Discount Tire (another shop) who promptly repaired the foam filled tire with the Tesla guy providing oversight. Saved me several hundreds of dollars buying an unneeded tire.
So - good Tesla service. And a learning lesson...not all tire techs or even busy shops know all there is to know about fixing tires. If I ever get a flat on the road and have to talk to a tow truck guy...gently insist he fix it, or call Tesla to have them explain how to fix it.

Hey, did you know that there is an unlimited Tesla Tire & Wheel Vehicle Service Contract that includes unlimited Tire & Wheel repair or replacement that includes cosmetic wheel repair as well? And it is ridiculously affordable! There are no deductibles or aggregates which means the policy has no limits & I know what your wondering... How could it be and who is the underwriter? How can it be? I will explain, to date as you know Tesla Corp. Does not offer any aftermarket products at all... no Tire & Wheel, no lease end excess wear and tear, no key repair, windshield repair, paintless dent repair, nothing! Nada! And if you have ever purchased a new or leased vehicle you are probably used to the the finance manager up selling you at the time of vehicle delivery. Well, this in itself explains why the policy is so affordable... it’s simple... because Tesla has no loss history! Yet! So if I was a Tesla owner I would take advantage and purchase one of these Vehicle Service Contracts from a reputable source. How do I know if a source is reputable? It’s all about the underwriter. The plan I recommend and trust has AMtrust as the underwriter. They are an A+ rated underwriter and that way you can rest assured your car will be covered. If you own or lease your Tesla, this policy is available to you even if it is pre-owned with proof of tire and wheel condition by means of photo. Like I said, you can’t purchase this from Tesla because they don’t sell one, but you could purchase this from one of my Franchise automotive dealerships that sell these products. Fortunately, I am here to facilitate any and all transactions if anyone is interested. My name Paul and you can contact me at (646) 240-8884. I am an agent for several aftermarket companies that provide products like the one I discussed before. There is another product which is only available within the first week of purchase which includes Tire & Wheel, cosmetic wheel repair, paint less dent repair, windshield repair, key repair, interior surfaces and it also includes $1500 of lease end excess wear and tear. This is an amazing product bundle which is also backed by AMtrust. Call me if you need any help... We are a nation wide agency!

I was unaware of AMtrust. What I did- was bought a "tire certificate" from Discount Tire. This buys me a new tire if I damage one that cannot be repaired. Costs $35 to save a $450 tire. Second, I bought Towing Service from USAA. I thought there could be a time where I overextend my battery range and need a tow - that will not be covered by Tesla.
For local issues, I call Tesla Ranger. Have not had to test this yet- but I THINK I'm covered for anything that happens on the road.
Would there be something that AMtrust does that I have not covered by these acts?
