I was at this golf club in Sutton Forest, and I saw a MS charging just off a normal power point and NOT at a destination charger ! So, a Tesla can charge anywhere provided you bring the connecting cable. Right ? I know it is a bit slower.

3 miles/hour slow. It can take a very long time on a standard outlet.

Agreed it's slow but standard Australian outlets are 240 volt; a 15 amp 240 volt outlet delivers about 15 kilometres per hour or at 10 amp about 10 kilometres per hour.
